Refund Policy

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?

After you receive the order, you have up to 14 days to request a refund of your money. Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. There are no returns or refunds accepted for gift cards and engraving.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY NEW BRACELET?

Since each item is handmade, they are all distinctive. Each piece has a unique individuality that may include a few minor flaws. We are here and prepared to assist you if your item does, however, have a manufacture defect. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you must notify us if you believe your item to be damaged in any way so that we can take a quick look at it. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after 24 hours.

WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING OF A RETURNED ITEM?

The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

Who is in charge if a returned item disappears? We don't assume liability for the safe delivery of your returned goods during shipping. Because of this, we advise using a trackable delivery provider and getting shipment insurance.

You should also include a note and copy of your order email, proof of purchase and contact details.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW THAT I HAVE RETURNED THE ITEM?

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know whether your return and refund request has been accepted or rejected. Within 5–10 working days after being granted approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

My account has not yet shown the refund? Check your bank account one more first if you haven't gotten a return yet. Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it might take some time for your refund to appear on your account. Contact your bank next.
